Return Policy

Last Updated 5/25/2021

Although the returns policies for our marketplace accounts may be different from our owner operated website return policies, we have set up certain minimum return standards to ensure a consistent customer experience. Review the following guidelines to confirm your return is eligible.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from when the item was marked received from the carrier to request a return. Returns are eligible for items that arrive damaged, below quality standards, expired, or wrong. We do not provide refunds for customer remorse (you no longer want the item.)

Photos are required for full refunds.

You will be asked to submit photos of the packaging and items so we can provide feedback to our team. Failure to provide photos may prevent you from getting a full refund.

Return Labels

For defective products
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will issue you a return label that you will have to download/print.
For customer remorse
This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item, you are responsible for purchasing your own return label. You may not be eligible for a refund.

Hazardous Material

Please contact us before returning any items that may be considered Hazardous Materials. Items that are considered Hazardous Materials have special rules for returns. We can assist you to discuss the return with you. Hazmat items may include batteries, flammable liquids, computer equipment, and certain cosmetics or household goods; in addition to other common products. For more information about what may be considered hazmat, see the Department of Transportation’s hazmat items guidelines.

Refund process begins once items arrive into our warehouse. It may take up to 10 business days to get your refund.
